Ingredients: Sugar, Himalayan salt, lemon peel, Worchestershire, soy sauce, black pepper, chili flakes, mustard powder, parsley, cascade hops
Directions. Bring two bottles of your favorite beer to boil. Turn off. Dissolve half of the brine bag in beer. Let cool. Add meat of choice and brine for 1 hour/1 lb. of meat.
