Beneficial for stress and tension headaches, menstrual cramps, helps promote relaxation and can be brought to bed to help promote sleep.

Place over closed eyes or on your pillow.  Can be used for headache, to relax muscles, and to promote sleep.  Heat in the microwave for 1 minute to start. You can add an additional 30 seconds until reaches desired temperature.  CAUTION HOT WHEN HEATED. Can be used as an ice pack when left in the freezer.
